1. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Currently, we only ship within the united states(excluding Alaska and Hawaii). This allows us to offer competitive pricing while still offering free shipping. 

3. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the respective courier's tracking system.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. Please contact us as soon as you can in case the order has not yet been shipped.

5. What is your return policy?

    • Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. Our product packaging is very sleek so wrapping should be done before you finish your first glass.
